Marat Shoranov was born in Almaty in 1975.
Graduated from Kazakhstan National Medical University and Graduate School of Urology Research Center of Academician Djabusinov, Rollins School of Public Health, Emory University.
Profession
He has successively served as junior researcher, researcher at the BU Dzharbusynov Academician Urology Research Center, researcher at Semiy KAZNII in radiology and ecology, and senior researcher at the Research Laboratory of the University of Public Health.
From 2006 to 2008, he served as director of the innovation department, acting deputy director and deputy director of the Jabusinov Urology Research Center.
From 2008 to 2009, he served as Director of the Institute of Health Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2010 to 2011, he served as the project manager of Emory University Clinic in the United States.
From 2012 to 2013, he served as Director of the Economic Research Center of the Ministry of Health and Deputy Director of the Republic Health Development Center.
From 2013 to 2017, he held senior positions in the Ministry of Health, Department of Health and Social Development, JSC National Medical Holding and Enterprise Fund University Medical Centre.
From 2017 to 2019, he served as acting director and director of the East Kazakhstan Oblast Health Bureau.
In 2019, he served as the head of the Nur-Sultan Public Health Department.
Since September 2019, he has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Jersey Social Health Insurance Fund.
On June 26, 2020, he was appointed First Deputy Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
It is an educational cooperation institution established between universities in the People's Republic of China and universities in Ukraine. The alliance aims to promote educational exchanges, cooperation and development between the two countries.
