With the approval of the Ministry of Education, the Kazakh Academy of Arts, a Sino-foreign cooperative education institution, was established in cooperation with the Kazakh University of Arts, and launched a Sino-US 4+0 joint dual-degree undergraduate education project with Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania in the United States. With the strong support of the governments of Fujian Province and the German state of Rheinland-Pfalz, the "Sino-German (Fujian) Education Cooperation and Development Center" was jointly built with the German state of Rhine-Palatinate, which is a high-quality teacher training base for the Ministry of Education.
